About Preston McConnell
I am currently a student at Utah Valley University and I am studying Website Design. I was born in Utah and have lived here most of my life. I also lived in south Texas for two years while serving as a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I come from a family of six children; two girls and four boys (including myself). I like to spend my time writing, reading and playing video games. Work History
I first worked as a cashier at Little Caesars and was promoted to a shift manager after a year. I worked there for another year before leaving for my mission. During that time I also did work for Triple S Steel assisting customers and organizing the stock room. I worked for a short time as a delivery boy for Jimmy Johns before receiving employment by Nature's Sunshine Products. I starting as a part-time order entry call center representative. After a year, I was able to advance to a full-time Customer Service Associate. I also was given the privilege to be a part of the MyNsp billing team. We are a team of six representatives that assist customers with different billing problems that occur with the website service we provide.
